Finding out how to tell if people are lying is a very simple thing. The signs are easyily noticeable when your trained to notice them. Subconciously, liars put their hands on the nose when not telling the truth.

Some folk start to stress out, sweat and have a hard time breathing when they are telling a lie. When asked the same question a few times people tend to forget what they have said previously. They will try not to get caught in their web of lies. There are always signs given when lying that will teach you how to tell if people are lying.

Some of them display some anger and leave the room when they are on the verge of being caught in a lie. When things get a little tense they seem to unknowingly touch their face more than usual. People who are telling the truth usually has good posture and sure of what they are saying. The person who is trying to deceive you is ashamed and loses that strong posture because he knows he or she is lying.

Check out the person body language as you speak with them. Some signs of not telling the truth are when a person can not be still and is constantly moving around. When a person crosses their arm sometimes means they are trying to put something between you and themselves. Most people who are lying can not look at you directly in the eyes for a period of time.

They tend to look at the floor or across the room or at some other part of your face instead of the eyes. A good sign a person is holding back is the story just does not make sense or has holes in the story. He or she just can not remember all the lies that they have said previously. Policeman and detectives know how to tell if people are lying by interrogating them. Asking the same question 2 or 3 times.

They will soon get there answers mixed up. Signs of lying is always there. People that repeat the question asked of them, are likely just coming up with another or excuse in their head. Notice if a persons voice tone tends to rise or not when the heat gets turned up with the line of questioning. Voice pitches seems to get a higher tone if someone is lying. Some have said if a persons looks up toward their left, your right when trying to remember, their probably telling the truth.

Looking toward their right your left when trying to remember is most likely going to be a lie. These are just a few ways to help you learn how to tell if people are lying.
